I have been relatively dormant since before the holiday season, as I spent a lot of time traveling on business back east and that kinda drained me, not just in my desire to take some photos, but just life in general. My body doesnt like the time change coming back to the left-coast. Hopefully though, I wont have another trip for a while. On a more positive note, I found out today that I might be getting a promotion of sorts and will be working out of the company office that is 2 minutes from my house, rather than having to travel the 33 miles to/from work that I currently do. But that is still in the future. I also finally got a polarizing filter for my lens, which is awesome. I havent had a chance to try it out yet though but hope to soon, weather permitting. The final piece to the puzzle is my brand new lcd monitor that I purchased. My old CRT had been holding me back in my photo finishing, as the colors were so off due to the over correction in display settings i had to use just to make things visible, that I just stopped opening up my photos and left them to sit. That time has ended and hope fully I can spend some time this weekend reviewing some of my published work that I have posted, clean it up a bit, and possibly post some new photos.
